This is the personal website of Ben Moses (“I”, “me”, “this site”). This policy explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what your rights are. I aim to collect as little as possible.

What data I collect
Contact form
When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This is used solely to read and reply to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to me by email through Resend, my email delivery provider.
Technical data
Like most websites, this site is served by a hosting provider that may automatically log standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — for security and to keep the service running. This site is hosted on Vercel.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary — for example, to keep the site secure or to maintain a session for the site owner when signing in. These are not used to track you across other websites.
How I use your data
- To respond to messages you send me through the contact form.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website.
I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of providers to function. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Resend — delivering contact form messages by email.
How long I keep your data
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted. Technical logs are retained only for a limited period by the hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact me via the contact page.
